    To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with intact safety seals, labels, lot numbers, and documentation. Opened, partially used, or altered items may not qualify for refund or return except in cases of defect.

  5. Shipping Costs & Risk
    Unless the return is due to our error, customers bear the cost of return shipping. Risk transfers back to the customer until the item reaches us safely.

  • Custom‑synthesized or specially formulated compounds made to order are non‑returnable unless defective.
